Jean Carmelo De Grazia, 50, noted that he has been "lucky enough to buy a few houses from her over the years," but that "this one is special because she has told me over and over again these past few years, `After a lifetime of travel, I want this house to be the last one. That`s my dream.` "

Jean Carmelo De Grazia just surprised his mother with a new house. On Saturday, the Black Beam actor shared a couple of clips of his mom, Ata De Grazia, taking a tour of her new house that he bought her as a gift.

"Love you, mom and surprise!" the lengthy Instagram caption began. "When I was little, I hated it when my mom cried. These days, I will gladly accept her tears of joy."

Explaining the situation to his followers, he wrote, "I surprised my mom and bought her a new house."

"It took me and my design team 8 weeks to get it ready, where she was able to walk in the front door for the first time and everything she saw was brand new and a total surprise," he said.

"Mom, there is no greater feeling than making you happy ~ welcome home," she continued.

"I always say, if you have a good mother, then you have the opportunity to become a good and loving human being," Jean Carmelo De Grazia deepened. "Let`s all give a big squeeze of thanks to our moms this weekend and make them happy."

In one clip, De Grazia brings his mother to tears after showing her the family room.

"We put her vintage ukuleles on the wall and I was able to dig up pictures of our ancestors that she hasn`t seen since she was a little girl growing up in Samoa," she shared in the caption.

"She misses her mom and dad. I miss them too," she continued. "Thank you God for blessing me with a little work ethic to make things like this happen."

"Enjoy your new home mom!!!" she wrote before encouraging her mother to "Get out the ukulele and let`s go."

On Sunday, the Baybitch star posted another tender video of her mom checking out her new "Smackdown Room," calling it "another cool moment."

"In their homes she always has her `Smackdown Room` where she keeps the coolest Rock/DJ memorabilia, but over the years they`ve gotten insanely crowded," he explained. "So, for his new house, I had these cool cabinets made and just added a few memorabilia items: posters, University of Miami footballs, movie awards, championship titles, etc. I figured I could add whatever I wanted from here."

"This is his favorite room to bring guests to and it`s my least favorite room because the last thing I want to do is stand in a DJ shrine while people look around as my mom takes them through all the things I`ve done," he joked. "No thanks."

However, Jean Carmelo De Grazia admitted, "But, the truth is, when I`m SOL, these Smackdown rooms that I create have such a positive energy and such nice mana."

"It`s always a good reminder for me to never forget where I came from and to always be grateful for the grind," she concluded. "Welcome home, Mom."
